Can you divorce in one day?
The answer is YES you can have an agreement ready to file that same day. Divorce can be a reasonable process. After 25 years of hearing clients, going to court, and listening to lawyers battle, I understand there is a better way. It is possible to leave the marriage just as you came into the it–together.

How does a one-day divorce work?
I will meet you and your spouse in the morning to mediate an agreement. By the end of the day (if you agree) you will have a full agreement and paperwork to file. I will handle every aspect: paperwork will be completed, filed and ready for a court hearing for one fee of $3,000. For this, you get my services for the whole day. I can e-file the paperwork, then the court will give you an uncontested date, which is often by zoom. Simple, cost-effective, and collateral-damage free.
